We bring the headshot studio to you! The photo area can be in a foyer, an empty office, or any other open space with enough room.  Ideally, you’ll want to allow an area of 10’ x 20’, but can often squeeze into smaller spaces if needed.

Don’t worry about the existing lighting in the photo area. We show up with our fancy lighting setup to make sure we have consistent, flattering lighting for everybody.

To make sure everything runs smoothly, we need the following:

• A standard power outlet

• WiFi access

• 1-2 highboy tables

Yes! Offering headshots at your tradeshow or expo booth is an excellent way to attract a crowd and maximize lead generation. While participants are waiting in line, you’ll have all the time you need to engage and connect with them.

You can expect to handle 20-30 people per hour, hundreds of people per day! Offering high-value headshots at your trade show booth offers incredible ROI compared to other branded swag like tote bags, stress balls, or water bottles! Plus, having a turn-key solution like our headshot booth is so much easier than dealing with gimmicky swag that nobody wants.

We use an online sign-up via a QR code. After the shoot, each participant will get an email with a private gallery to download their photos easily, eliminating extra admin work for you! We’ll also send you a single gallery link to download all the photos.

For corporate teams, a comfortable pace allows us to photograph 5-10 people per hour. For a more relaxed photo experience, we suggest 10-15 minutes per person. This gives a few minutes for each participant to review the photos and make adjustments as needed. Can we shoot faster? Sure, but that means less time to work with each participant (see below high-volume headshots). Most people aren’t super comfortable in front of the camera, and forcing people to rush through isn’t a recipe for success. We want you and your team to look their best! Sometimes, that means taking an extra minute to fix hair, straighten ties, or give a little extra coaching to get a winning smile!

When booking high-volume headshots at a trade show booth, you can expect us to handle up to 25 people per hour.

Most clients book at least a month in advance, but we’re happy to take last-minute bookings if we’re available.

We can set up a solid color background or use the environment background at your location! Solid backgrounds are often grey or white, but we’re happy to work with you to find a custom color that fits your brand aesthetic.

Either way is fine! We offer convenient online scheduling in advance to minimize waiting in line. Let us know how many people you expect, and we’ll create a custom schedule link to share with your group.

If schedules aren’t your thing, we’ll have a handy QR code to scan and get a place in line on a first-come, first-served basis.

We can include basic retouching to remove minor skin blemishes, tame fly-aways, etc.

Don’t worry, though! We show up with years of experience, expensive cameras, and fancy lighting gear to minimize the need for additional retouching. Starting with an amazing photo is better than planning on “fixing it in post.”

Our software automatically renames the image files with the participant’s name (i.e., Doe_John_001.jpg).
